Marketecture Media is hiring an experienced full-cycle seller who can step in with little to no ramp and help lead outbound revenue across our fast-growing portfolio of media brands and products.
You’ll be selling access, attention, and influence to the people shaping the future of advertising, marketing, and technology.
We’re looking for someone who can walk into a room (or a Zoom) and own it. Someone who understands how B2B marketers think, knows the power of a smart media buy, and wants a front-row seat as we scale the next iconic B2B media company.

✅ What You Bring
8–15+ years in a consultative client-facing sales role (media sales / advertising experience an absolute must)
Proven experience building pipeline, closing new business, and growing existing accounts
Bonus if you’ve built or managed small sales teams
Background in media, AdTech, SaaS, marketing, or agency environments (absolute must)
Strong writing, pitching, and follow-up skills
Organized, disciplined, and buttoned-up with CRM hygiene
Experience selling integrated media packages and working directly with B2B CMOs and in-house marketing teams
A genuine love for advertising, marketing, technology: the deals, the conversations, the relationships
A flexible, independent, no-ego personality that thrives in fast-moving environments
👀 What You’ll Do
Build and close new business with emerging AdTech, media, SaaS, and global B2B brands
Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale our revenue engine
Work cross-functionally with marketing, editorial, events, operations, and production to bring big ideas to life
Help shape pricing, packaging, and positioning as we grow
Be a true team player: collaborate with a founding team of industry veterans and help define the company’s trajectory
